Screening Candidates
We recognise the importance of checking a prospective candidate's ability prior to the submission of their CV to the client.
Our service includes:

- We thoroughly screen all CVs submitted and check personal details, profile of employment, educational history and employer and personal referees.
- We can provide Psychometric Testing and thorough profile interviews to ascertain the suitability of candidates by recording personalities, interests, interpersonal skills and attitudes to work.
- We produce a carefully considered list of potential candidates after consulting our clients about exact job descriptions and person specifications.
- Skillsearch thoroughly checks, where possible, all candidate references for information on their technical skills, time keeping, teamwork, working with initiative, being assertive and general attitudes to work. References will be provided from past employers as is permissable.
